Tae Kwon Do for Advanced

PKC (Pratt's karate club) Bastrop Accelerate Tae Kwon Do is a martial arts program based in Moo Duk Kwon Tae Kwon do and founded by Master Leonard Pratt in 1979. Currently under the guidance of Grand Master Jason Pratt a 7th Dan Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do. Head Instructor Matt Lutz is a 1st Dan Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and has earned a black belt in Shotokan (American Style Karate), and Superfoot systems of karate.

Advanced Class is based on Blue belts or higher ranks or for those students who have been recommended to this class by the instructor.  This is an ongoing, year round program for those who hold blue belts or have been encouraged to join by the instructor or for any adults who are wanting to participate in this Tae Kwon Do class. Adults of all ages are welcome! Students will learn self-confidence, self-esteem and self-defense during the course of this program. There are additional fees for tournaments and belt tests. Our program is one of the least expensive programs in Texas. A black uniform is required for class and may be purchased from the instructor at the first class.

There will be no refunds issued once registration closes. 

Matthew Lutz


Matthew Lutz is a first dan blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, American Style of Karate, and the Superfoot System. In 2018 he earned a black belt in American Style of Karate (Shotokon) his Taekwondo and Superfoot System black belts in 2019. He enjoys martial arts with his family members, wife Crystal ( blue belt) and sons Morgan and CJ ( brown belts)

Matt is a retired US Navy Chief Warrant Officer with combat service in Afghanistan.
